Been planning to have a go at the exhaust clamps to see if it's possible to change the rusted out nuts without having to remove the PU or any other bits.
Well provided the rear is up in air enough (Race Ramps used) it is!
Used Drexel and cutting disc to cut half way through what was left of nuts, chiselled away nuts, tapped out bolts and replaced with M8 x 25mm stainless coach bolts and serrated nuts.
Gave finished clamps quick spray of VHT paint and gave Tandem pump a coat of Granville motorcycle cylinder black whilst under car.
