Using Bluetooth on Continental radio

It's only taken me a year or so... but giving up on poor aerial connection (and duff aerial, I suspect) I connected my phone running BBC iPlayer to the ToreB Continental radio via Bluetooth and enjoyed Test Match Special for an hour an half today on the A3 and M25.

Later, I played Spotify and was interrupted by a call which I answered by speaking - in slightly raised voice - to the phone on the windscreen 2ft away, not a wired-in mic. All worked perfectly and the clarity of call, Spotify and internet radio through the speakers was brilliant.

For the money, it's hard to beat and you solve the issues of phone calls, music library and and poor radio signal in one go. If you have a phone signal, of course...

I've got one of these units and if you haven't plugged in the wired mic, I believe the device reverts to its 'onboard" mic on the front of the head unit.

No need to speak towards the phone.

I enjoyed listening to TMS today too. No middle order batting collapse - not yet anyway!!
