Guys Have I read correctly that the turbo are getting hard to get hold of?

If that's the case what do people do regarding preventative maintenance?
 
A squirt of the recommended high temp' grease every year on the actuator rod mechanisms. A bit of a faff getting to them, but I do mine when it's up on the ramp at MOT time.
