Hi guys, Just jumped into the car a the drivers seal belt has retracted fully, and I can't pull the bloody thing out. Any hints or tricks to get it out, without having to resort to a screwdriver?

Before you get too stuck in with the tools it might be worth moving /driving the car forwards and backwards, gently, a few times. Most likely the pawl on the locking mechanism is temporarily misaligned and has jammed. It does happen from time to time. Worth a try before getting in too deep :D
