Any ideas? Goes up and down okay but this is the up position. Looks like the left hand actuator isn't fully pushing it out. WD40?

You need to use a dry lube like graphite powder. If you poo down to your local OPC I'm sure they'll do that for you on the spot FOC.
IF that doesn't work then the mechanism on that side may be work and you'll need a new one. Fingers crossed on the graphite powder ad the solution.
Let us know how you get on

Thanks for the prompt reply. Cavendish in Nottingham having a look at it on Friday.

Welcome Steve. I'd recommend you try Zentrum in Calverton. Great independent with excellent service. Could save yourself an OPC fortune.

Good luck on the investigation.

Several of us in the east mids region have had better experiences with Zentrum than Cavendish.

Good luck, that would mess with my ocd, even though I never see the spoiler position.

Very helpful Cavendish diagnosis has been passed back to Specialist Cars where I bought it and they are sourcing a second hand working one and will swap it. All fine by me.

Steve.
