I know values are a common thread but I came across something that I thought was interesting. A well respected Indy in Sydney have a 911 for sale with the following bullet points
997.1 C2S Tip 30k miles
£61.5k.
That's approaching decent 997.2 GTS money.
The pricing from the Indy is inline with market pricing for this model.
As a quick comparison a 2014 Turbo S £105k vs £150k
I think Singapore and Honk Kong easily eclipse Aus for price difference.
Just an observation.....carry on.
 
You need to take into account of the punitive car tax of these territories, it makes a huge difference.

Singapore has it's COE, Hong Kong registration tax etc.
 
Yep I think it's the import tax/duties that make Aus cars look expensive. There was a chap in new Zealand interested in my 964 and whilst the import duty was a reasonable whack he told me that if in Aus it would be astronomical :dont know:
