The time has come to sell my beloved Porsche 911 996 Carrera 4 manual which I have owned for the last 3 years. The car has been great fun and I have enjoyed every second but since the birth of my second child I never get the chance to use it, full spec below:

1998 phase 1 3.4L
MOT till 10/18 no advisories
Full HPI report from when I purchased the car is available, please feel free to do your own
Huge folder of history. When I purchased the car I did add everything up and from memory it totalled over £50k
Mileage currently shows 83k but these are not the original dials. The previous owner had issues with a number of the gauges so these were changed. so mileage is 102k I have invoices with mileage and gauges issues as evidence
New engine fitted by Porsche main dealer at approx. 32,000 miles (70,000 miles on engine) at the cost of over £14,000 all paperwork and invoices available
New gearbox fitted by Porsche main dealer at about 48,000 (54,000 miles on gearbox) at £6,000 all paperwork and invoices available
I have serviced the car myself since ownership, oil and filter changed regularly

In my ownership I have had the following work completed:
New steering rack
New front top mounts
New fork arm
New Coffin arm
Replacement driveshaft
Lowered 40mm
Radiator and boot fan override switches installed in cabin (easily removal) and does not affect the fan auto functions.

Other Modifications
Rare 18" Porsche techno wheels
Sports exhaust
Induction kit

Known Issues:
Front bumper could do with a blow over as it has a few stone chips. Nothing major just 17 years of use
lower temp rad fans do not work but high work fine, this is a common fault due to the resistor location.
Very light curbing on rear wheels in places if being fussy

£13,000 NB: Private plate has been removed

I agree, looks very nice. Those wheels are pretty rare indeed. GLWS.

What a lovely car! Only negative in my eyes is it is a C4 not C2 BUT that is a personal preference. Those sport techno wheels look excellent on there! Incidentally I have a set of those wheels currently being refurbed. I have the originally spacers to fit a 4S / turbo with them too. Can't decide whether to put them on my 996T or move them on :?:

Thanks for the comments shame but I just don't use her anymore. Was my daily when I first got it last year I did 1500 miles.

Should read plate has now been removed. NB: The original post has been amended by site moderator.

Ps c4s r better than c2s!!!

That does look like a bargain for someone who knows what their looking at.
To a noob I'd say the price is about right.

I reckon it will be snapped up. Lovely car.

Price drop 12800 no offers. Had a couple of viewings and offers of 12500 but 12800 is my bottom line

evo_ac - It looks a lovely car and at a sensible price. I wonder if the market will pick up when the weather breaks....

Thanks. I also think it's priced well, pretty sure it's the cheapest manual aero kitted car on the market yet you still get people making silly offers without even viewing. Unless that's the way car sales work now, I've not advertised on eBay or Facebook market place as I know those places are full of time wasters!

I would hold out for £13k, it seems like a bargain at that.

Nice looking car and a steal at £13k.

Might be worth adding an interior pic as colour and condition will be an important factor to a potential buyer.
