How about a PTS (Paint To Sample) green 996 with natural leather interior? I know I shouldn't, but I can't help but like it!

Looks very natural in the foliage.. Just don't park it in the woods you might never find it again! _________________ 1992 944 S2 Cabriolet, Cobalt Blue/Classic grey -gone!

I reckon green is the next big colour. It's not dissimilar to the new Singer Williams - inside and out! What incredible forethought by the owner... A couple of decals and some deep dish Fuchs and at last this 996 owner's day has come!! _________________ From Stuttgart: 997 GTS, 997 GT3 (Kermit)

Amazing how much lighter it looks in sunlight, almost a different colour.
The reflections on the Rennlist pics are unfortunate, makes is look scratched and dented..... _________________ Mike

I am with everyone else, when I saw the thread title I thought "god no" but I actually really like it and as said, green and tan is quite a retro combo a nice set of Fuchs on it would really finish it off _________________ 911 Owners,Some Invest In The Future,

It's clearly speaking to your base roots - it's a tree, guys, brown and green!

I`m struggling with this one, the Singer Williams is just divine the 996....................Just No, certain cars suit certain colours and all that _________________ 1998 996.1 C2 3.4 with "Aerokit Cup"

This reminds me of the PTS LHD 991 cabriolet that OPC Reading had on their showroom floor for a while about 3 years ago. Very similar colours outside and in - and I thought it was stunning. Convinced me that air-vents in body colour was actually a very worthwhile option - for someone at keast. _________________ "I don't know what it is about peace conferences, but they always seem to attract terrorists, extremists and nutterists."

Looks great.
Break up the interior with few more black bits + floor mats and off you go!
Lower wouldn't go amiss either..

I'm with you Kris. That thing is awful.
Rainforest green, yes, that green above,
It reminds me of the MOD stuff we paint at work. It's either NATO green or Sand beige, depending on where the vehicle is going, all be it NATO green is a matt finish.
I could live with the interior colour against say Vesuvius or something.
Even that Singer struggles with it. They're all gorgeous but give me a different colour any day.
Variety is the spice of life though so it's always good to see other options.
As they say though, it's rare for a reason...

Agreed... some Fuchs wheels in black with silver rims and a ducktail spoiler and that would be perfect. _________________ "911- the guilt-free supercar"

There are some Greens that really make the right car stand out - IMHO Olive Green on a Porsche isn`t one of them
