Just drive there and get them to do a noise test, only an hour both ways for you so it makes sense Thumb

You can buy a dB meter for less than £20.

If anyone fancies it afterwards I've just posted a thread announcing a drink/meal meeting at The Moat Inn at the bottom of Wrotham Hill.

Venue details => https://www.moatwrotham.co.uk/

The Moat is 5 minutes from Brands Hatch and right opposite a Shell garage. It's only a mile from the M20 and M26( for M25).

Meeting thread => 8.15 pm at The Moat, Wrotham

Looks like it will be a relatively empty circuit! Very Happy
This will be my first track day after ditching the 7 year old Bridgestones for some Michelin PS4Ss so looking forward to seeing the difference!

Bumped up just to remind everyone that spectators are welcome.

Enter through the main gate on the A20, drive to the paddock, go through the tunnel and meet at the back of the pit garages.

I am working, but may be able to knock off at lunchtime. Does anyone know if its possible to turn up, pay and drive or is pre-booked only?
Fingers crossed as would love a chance to drive my car around a circuit. Drive

There are a hand full of spaces left so you can arrive on the day

Yes:

All participants

All participants must wear a suitable crash helmet. Participants will require a full face helmet and have arms and legs covered if you are in an open top/convertible vehicle. We recommend that helmets comply with current safety requirements of the BSI 6658-85A or BSI 6658-85A/FR, or MSA/ACU/FIM/FIA standards. In all cases, helmets must be correctly fitted and securely fastened. If we deem your helmet inappropriate for trackday use then you may be required to hire a helmet from us and pay the appropriate fee.
