It does exist...

But still not convinced by this option to remove the essence of the GT3...

I much prefer the 'full fat' version, the Touring looks like any Carrera S model to me!

That first one looks like a press car. Have any been seen in the wild yet?

If you haven’t got a 991 GT3 gen2 allocation you won’t be able to get one i’m
afraid 😔

This thread is a bit of a red herring - aren't the SGO plate cars Porsche prototypes?

I'd rather have a Touring, look great Bandit

Edit: Press car, just noticed MC pointed out earlier Thumb

Dont think the Tourings are being made yet or go into production soon.

THe GT3 needs some sort of wing (either bi-plane or duck) tbh. Especially the modern designs though i could see a 'touring' wing work on a 996/997 GT

Prototypes generally seem to show up on LB plates. S GO plates usually aren't on them unless they are production-ready examples (final test cars and the press fleet).

I would struggle to decide between the two. I think they're stunning in their own unique way.

Tourings are a coming, first cars should arrived around 1st March-ish, possibly a little earlier for some.
Touring cars offer an alternative: it’s good to have the options of “to wing or not to wing”. Different strokes, I suppose.

If it were to be your only Porker it would surely be a tough call, but if you also had a Clubsport or RS of some guise as a keeper and your dealer would give you the build slot on the new car, then a GT drivetrain in a less conspicuous shape surely lives in the realms of being perfectly acceptable? And lets face it - almost nobody who is being allowed to order these has only a single Porsche... Dont know

I love the Touring look as I’m not a fan of big wings; if only they had a rear seat option....and I could get an allocation Floor

I’m not sure the colour and chrome trim flatters the Touring look in the photo above.
