To all the 997.1turbo owners .
I am looking to change the exhaust on a 997.1turbo .
The kline , IPA , 9e all look top quality items but at 3-4K they are not cheep.

Has anyone tried a top gear 911 997.1 TURBO VALVETRONIC EXHAUST.
As these are £1600, it seems good value .
Any views welcome

Cheers

Tim Question

Tim I had one on my NA 997.1 and at the time the MD of topgear had a 997.1 turbo so I know they know the cars well . there are a few youtube sound bytes of 997 turbos with topgear exhausts.

I have the twin box, none valved version.
Quality seems good and it's not much louder than standard until you get high up in the revs.

I picked mine up on eBay it was brand new but pre owned (guy had bought it for a 996 he was fitting turbos from a 997 on or something

Anyway, the only criticism I have is the boxes are on show from the back (around 2 inch of it under the bumper) and one of my boxes isn't level so it looks bobbins. There is also no adjustment in it apart from the depth and angle of the tips which means my need bending straight and then the outlet pipe bending too so it all lines up worship
