Hi all,

Picked up a black/black gen 1 manual turbo a few months ago. Great car, have done about 1,000 miles in it-every one of them a hoot.

I've been lurking for a month or so soaking up the great advice here (except Bobba's - only joking, it's his fault I'm here at all) and am enjoying reading some of the stories and posts, especially regarding the PCM which is utter sh!te. I'm off to the US in a month's time so might pick up one of those Alpine IL107 units which look the dog's - $700 seems reasonable as I can't find them in the UK. Any thoughts?

No firm plans to mod yet yet but have been reading about the exhaust/mapping (9e style) mods that are out there. Quite like it stock tbh although I am reliably informed a geometry change is a massive improvement, is it GT2 set up? Autofarm is only about 45 mins away I hear they're pretty good?

Right era wrong marque. Much more style, Italian styling built in Coventry
