I will soon have for sale a complete engine from a 2004 996 turbo which has just turned over to 36k miles. It won't include all the relevant pipework / manifolds / turbos / intake etc. Basically a full long block in great condition.
From the same car I also have a 6 speed manual gearbox in great condition with no issues, unsurprisingly on the same mileage.
If anybody is interested both can be heard and seen in the car at the moment and will be available later in the year, possibly around October time.
No issues at all with either unit. Obviously I would rather the buyer see them in the car before they are pulled so that they can be demonstrated.
I was thinking £9k for the engine and £5k for the gearbox, do these prices seem about right?
