Aside from starting to soak them in WD40
Anything I should be wary of or any advice.
I've got access to a pit so can under the car...which should help a little but I fear if they are corroded on I'll have to take it in to a specialist.

Should be fine mate. If you let them soak for a while and gently ease them off once you have undone the nut.

I adjusted mine a few weeks back with no problems...

Is it just the exhaust tips? All you need is a 13mm ratchet spanner. You can access the clamp nut directly through the black rubber bung type thingy.

To be fair though I'm talking about my CF Kline tips. Plus mine are new which makes things a lot easier. If you have access to a pit you should ace it fairly quickly. Enjoy. And no foul language along the way

It looks like a torque / star socket is required. Well rusted as well...

Wrap a piece of PE-4 round each one. That'll shift the bu66ers. Keep the garage doors open.

Did mine last week and they are a mutha to get off if the nuts are seized.

I used WD-40 left it for an hour then gently tightened then slackened the nuts, you've got to go carefully, once you get a bit of movement put in more WD-40 then keep tightening and slackening, you'll find you get more and more movement as the fluid gets in to the threads. Don't use a cheater bar to start with, just a normal socket arm!
The biggest problem I had was getting them back on, what a job that was. There's a ring allowing you to swivel the tips inside the flange, that's the bit that either goes straight on or won't go on!
Good luck

Haha.
Yes that might do it.
