Newbie here having been a long time lurker. I bought a 997.2 C4 recently and noticed that a previous owner had left it too long replacing the wiper blades and now I have loads of scratches along the whole arc of the wiper blade swipe and to make matters worse I used a car wash today and they managed the put three massive scratches on the windscreen right in my line of vision.
I haven't had to claim for windscreen damage on my Insurance before so my questions are a) will I be entitled to a replacement windscreen with scratches only? b) would a claim for a replacement windscreen affect my premium next year? c) could damage like this be smart repaired?
And finally could you please recommend a good repair kit for one of the heated elements on my rear window?
