My cars only done 1000 miles since it's service a year ago. I'm going to do a oil and filter change before a 2500 euro trip for the Italian GP.

Was going to use Mobile 1 0-40 it's £60 5ltr at Euro car parts and you can get 35% off. What oil filter should I use? And any better deals around?

Cheers guys, car done 55k mileage.

ECPs do quite a few oil filters for the 911, I normally go for the Bosch or Mahle one.

I bought my filter tool from Halfords IIRC.

To be honest, I wouldn't bother changing the oil as it's only 1000 miles old, do it when you come back, modern oils can handle a lot of miles, 5000 is a breeze.
