Yes!
Richard Morgan built the car for me.
The car was at Goodwood last weekend.
Red Arrows in the background.

Sorry Henry. Wires crossed.

ELA is Richard Beaumont. WILD 996 is his car. The link was to his build thread. It's sharing the front cover with yours.

Sorry for the Thread Hijack

Yes, it is for sale at Classic Chrome cars, in London.
I snapped my right ankle, needing an operation, screws and plates!! Sad
If it does not sell, I will try to get servo brakes fitted.

That is bad news Henry. Having seen and been out in this, I can agree that it is a great piece of work and Richard was very happy with it. I am sure that he would be happy to change the setup to be a little more aggressive for any potential purchaser, a little more like his Beetle, which is awesome!

He does great work and anyone wanting an eye catching daily would struggle to beat this one. Hope the ankle gets better soon!

Yeah I watched the video last night, pretty horrified that this was done but they said the car was ready for scrap heap. However I'd much rather have seen it restored with the engine. It was ordered by a customer however.
