I'm generally not interested in pricing threads but nearly spat my coffee when I saw this one on PH...

Convertible
Tiptronic
Aventura
'Chestnut' red interior

£75k!

Admittedly it does have only 27k on the clock and FSH, but £75k?!

:eek:ut:

I had a market report from JZM a few days ago reporting a cooling of the market (in prices or time to sell).

I guess it may just be GE jitters, or something more long term?

Time to sell this one could be significant!

Re: the Portiacraft car, possibly but it depends what hidden secrets there are. Portiacraft not known for their prep or stringent 'quality only' buying policy, unlike say 911 virgin. Also does it have full history? Either way would need more investigation...

The Portiacraft C4 initially looks well priced from a specialist Dealer, however Classic Grey/Blue interior combo is a hard sell. C2 will always command more for the purist and collector too.

The C4 at Portiacraft at 43k with 92k miles and four owners looks more interesting to me. Is this car underpriced?

Done all it's dough at 3's

Market cooling  I wrote that report myself a few months back :bandit:

Aventurd and red  and Tip. Stevie Wonder and Theophilus P Wildebeeste are two previous owners I suspect :what:
