Hello Everyone

Just recently registered on here - 1st post.

I can't be the only one who hates the 'raised lettering' chrome badges on the rear panel ? Very old-fashioned ( had them on my old Ford Cortina in 1970 ) and difficult to clean. I just have 'Porsche' and '911'

Is there any supplier doing tasteful vinyl - or similar ?

Welcome !

I replaced the Carrera S with a simple 911, albeit on my 997.2. IMO less is more. I'm sure if you contacted Spectral Design they could provide a custom sticker in the correct font.

Look forward to seeing some pics of you P&J.

Welcome to the Forum, if you get an idea of what you want and then contact someone like

http://www.designstuffonline.co.uk/vehicle_graphics/model_make_specific/porsche/porsche_911_991_decals.html

they were very helpful to me when ordering custom colour side decals for my old 997.1 emailed me proofs to approve and understood when asking for porsche script etc. they understood about sizing etc.

See the side graphics on my lower door panels in the pic.

I have de-badged my car's rear end, and I then added a simple white 30cm PORSCHE lettering in vinyl across the red strip.

Thanks fellas, the inspiration was the red strip across the back of the massively over-spoilered 930 Turbo ... Grin
