Can't ignore the battery though. They're coming.... Eeeek...
 
Still got to charge them. That is what stops us all having them. That and the lack of lithium, replacement battery costs, lack of infrastructure, poor dynamics, high weight.

100% agree.

That quantum jump in battery technology (low cost/rate of charge/light weight/longevity) still hasn't arrived yet, and until it does, my money remains with the internal combustion engine.
