Here we go again I seem to take one step forwards and then two back !!! I had my wheels refurbished the other day and as ever I have opened a can of worms. The wheels look great but I have now got 4 rubber valves and 4 bits of leggo in my glove box !!!.

So I have been told the valves where stuck on the wheels and where difficult to get off,,,and that I just need to buy 4 new metal valve stems to fix and make the wheels look totally good.

I think the reality is I will have to buy the tyre pressure drop valves at around £23 each then have wheels balanced again.

I am wondering why there is no light on the dash saying wheel pressure low ?? is that because the sensors are in the glove box ???

:frustrated:

Oh my god !!! the sensors I have just been reading up have a battery that stops working after time so I might need new sensors £83 each !!! mind you that is with a valve !!!

Most just get TPMS coded out.....

If they've not detected the pressure loss in your glove box they're no use!
Check your vin to see if TPMS is enabled.
