Anyone know this car? 997.2 Turbo S

Looks mighty fine to me!

ES tune up to 650bhp. Even better!

Looks good , if its provenance stands up ...I'm sure someone like Ade should know more about this car ..if he comes along , could help out...

Love the aerokit on it .....

Terry

Looks good, but has been on their forcort for some time and have asked some basic questions. Methinks it is expensive.....but it is tempting. They say it has a Porsche warranty, but with the upgrades surely it has been invalidated?

ESMotor upgrade to 650, Sharkwerks exhaust etc

Any thoughts?

Thanks

A good exhaust system but without knowing the extend of the ESM work, i would treat the car with caution. I looked into them but with no UK after service network, it'a all at the owners risk and with questionable long term development. As long as their tech can be removed if needed that's fine but I wont pay a premium for their 650hp (that's not bhp). Still the car has some other interesting upgrades.

Thanks Rossi, I agree and it might explain why it has been sitting there on the forecourt for a few months. The intercoolers and y pipe etc have all been done.

Porsche warranty will be invalidated for any warranty claims on engine due to upgrades.

Small fortune spent on the car.

GT2/3 wheels are worth in excess of £5k

the wheels are stunning :thumb:

Thanks bikeracer

Looked at the car a while ago and I thought it was expensive plus I wasn't keen on the yellow bits. As others have said upgrades weren't cheap but a warranty would be a good idea.

Looked at it too when I was thinking of going 996 to 997... Lovely motor.

Having recently had my car tuned by the guys at ES in Milton Keynes I have nothing but good things to say about them. Customer service was above and beyond. Aftersales care was spot on, and the tuning is first class!

Anyway, the ES650 pack makes a seriously quick car

Those wheels were only fitted recently, I remember the thread. Shame he sold it. Cracking looking car.

Love these wheels, they transformed my car even before the other mods
