Hi guys and thanks for the add to the forum
Like a lot of other grown up kids, i've always loved the classic 911's but have never been in the position to even think about getting one... and i'm not sure i am now but i'm looking...
I'm currently living in Oz so stocks of classic Porsches are not as good as the UK and my knowledge is still growing.
I have found a 1976 911, 3.0l upgraded engine 5 speed manual...

I know this is a smallish engine but has anyone had experience of this or similar, my options would be to get something like this or go for a more modern example like the 987 boxster.. but this isn't a classic and will depreciate... but will it be a more enjoyable car to own.
any opinions on the '76 911 2.7l would b greatly appreciated
Thanks
