Hi all,
As a few of you may know I'm a regular in the 993 forum, but I am also the owner of a 912, but sadly due to lack of use I am considering selling.
I have my 993 which I have just sunk a chunk of cash into to make it 100% well sorted and useable, plus I have a new business which consumes most of my time these days... and the upshot is that my 912 is just sat in the garage for months on end.
This is a shame as it is one of the sexiest cars I have ever seen and draws crowds wherever it goes.
I'm unsure as it what it is worth if I'm honest. 912's are rapidly increasing in value as we speak and I have seen fully restored examples for sale from £50-80k, and original running/driving examples in need of full resto seem to be around the £25-30k mark.
This isn't really a formal advert as such, but if anyone is possibly interested then please get in touch and we can have a chat. :thumb:
The car has around £41k worth of invoices and recipes with it!
It's a 1965 Karmann hand built model, short wheel base, 5 speed and 5 clock, so it's the most desirable of them all.
Was originally a Californian car, so was fairly tidy, but has had literally everything replaced such as floors, sills, and pretty much every other component... hence the £41k in bills.
It drives great, pulls like a train with loads of power, sounds amazing, and generally is just a stunning thing. MOT'd etc.
