Porsche Polyurethane Jack Pads - Standard & Low Profile

I have updated this post to put all the information about the Polyurethane Jack Pads in one place. I supply standard and low profile polyurethane jack pads to fit Porsche oval jacking points.

They will fit all Porsches with oval jacking points - 911, 964, 994, 996 & 997 and 991, along with Caymans & Boxsters.

The pads are made in the UK, and are constructed from a durable, industrial grade polyurethane. They will not damage the jacking points, and engage by offering them up to the oval slot and turning them 90 degrees. They will fit into the cups of standard and low profile trolley jacks, and will also sit inside axle stands.

Pricing:

I sell them in packs of 1, 2 or 4:

911uk pricing (this is discounted from normal eBay pricing):
1 pack £6.75 including postage
2 pack £12.00 including postage
4 pack £22.00 including postage

How to Order:

Either post a new comment in this thread, or drop me a PM. I will then send you a Paypal request.

Background:

I needed to raise my 993 up onto axle stands, but I was unhappy with direct contact between the jacking point & the jack. I made a number of these Polyurethane Jack pads, which I then offered for sale on 911uk. I was surprised at the interest, and quickly responded to many requests for a lower profile version.

Standard Version - 67mm diameter, 38mm overall height

Low Profile Version - 67mm diameter, 28mm overall height

I use a hockey puck but its really too thick because the car is set at RS ride height. Would be interested in something with a very low profile.

£6.75 each including 2nd class postage. Or 2 pack for £12 posted, or 4 pack for £22 posted.

I could make a lower profile version if required I would need to make a different mould tool. Shall we see if there is more interest?

1997 Porsche 993 Carrera 4

PostPosted: Sun May 01, 2016 9:35 am    Post subject: Reply with quote

Sounds great. Put me down for a set of four please. If there is to be a low profile version it would be my preferred choice but not a deal-breaker.

Oh ........ and there's no need to rush as owing to my upcoming shoulder surgery I won't even be able to drive again until July.

Hi, I'd certainly have a couple of those.

Good idea, btw Thumb i've shied away from ones on eBay before because of a) the price and b) not being 100% sure they will fit the 993

Hi - I would have a set of 4 please. Always good to have them if you need them.

Prefer low profile just because I don't know quite how low my jack goes, but it's not a deal breaker.

Thanks - Mark

Cool product. I'm in for some, however I need to check how much room I've got between my jack and the cars current RS ride height. Wink

Ok will make a tool for a lower profile version/RS ride height version. Will post standard height once I am back to work to measure the mould. Can you help me work out the height to make the lower profile version? From memory I know the diameter is 67mm which will fit most standard trolley jacks and axle stands.

I will have a set. Not bothered about lower profile as they would only be used on my lift.

I would also be interested in such a product - I have two metal ones which are about 10mm to thick for my current ride height.
