Seem to cheap?

Top 555 is a genuine specialist dealer.

a trend I've noticed recently is that things seem to be softening a bit in certain segments. 991 GT3 prices are falling into line. 991 prices in general seem a little saggy as well. The 993/964/997.2 3.8's seems strong though. 3.6's appear to be softening also. I'm referring to advertised prices rather than what they're actually changing hands for. After a rather detailed conversation with a respected indy, it's readjusted my view on advertised price vs sell price.
In relation to the above car, the it seems like a lovely but of kit, but I was offered a Turbo S for a just under the tonne. I may regret not taking that, perhaps not as much as the decision not to aquire a 997.1RS at £73k
So many cars......so little money...... :bonk:

£93K for a 2014 Turbo is not bad.

Going dealer rate seems to be about £100-105K, although mileages for these cars are generally sub-10K.

So, if you can get the car for £90K, then probably worth considering, although if I was in your shoes, would hold out for a 'S'.

Turbo S are around £110k at the moment, I think I would probably end up wanting one of those anyway so worth hanging on until I can afford the 'right' one.

Still not sure I need all that speed/power though, barely get to use everything my 991 C2S has to offer.
