So, I've been following the development of the new Focus RS on youtube and have read up a lot on the car, and I think it has real potential. A lot of work (and re-work) has gone into getting the characteristics of the car just right, and much of the 'focus' has been poured into the 'rear drive' aspects of the drive train. I'm not usually a big fan of AWD hot hatches that are primarily FWD until traction is compromised, but with 'Drift Mode' activated, much more drive goes to the rear in the Focus RS which could make it a real hoot. Anyway, I'm going to test drive one in a couple of months as I'm up for a DD and this is on my shortlist along with an M135i and A45AMG.
Any other thoughts?
