To fellow 991 owners, has anyone gone through the exercise of using Sale Or Return SOR with an OPC if so how did you get on, were you happy with the process. :?:

I'm looking to put my 991 through the SOR as I don't like the idea of private sale but yet to negotiate price etc.
I'm sure there's going to be good and bad points but if anyone has tips they'd be appreciated.

Reason, possible new job and the car would be locked in the garage even more than it is now.

In addition to going through the OPC route you could also explore what SOR rates the independent Porsche specialists are offering. Shop around for the best deal, sounds like you're not desperate to sell immediately.
GLWS.

I would try one of the independents as stated.
911virgin have a few none Porsche cars listed on their website,so perhaps they may welcome Porsche stock?

The problem with SOR is not who will quote you the best return
But will they / the car sell
And can you trust them to return you the funds
Sale or return is like estate agents, they quote you the price you want to hear then 3 months later reduce the price to what their competitors quoted in the first place

A yellow 991 cab is not the easiest colour to sell

Though I'm sure hendon way motors have a list of customers disparate to buy it
So do take care

"Disparate", Mr Pearce?

A Freudian slip, or plausible misspelling deniability when the censorship (libel) police step in?

Certainly HWM are "incomparable" :floor:
