Slightly off-topic here Doc, but im sure you will have the answer to a question that has me stumped.

Where can I buy Porsche logo centre caps for the RH Turbo type P wheel? (like the one on the guards red Porsche that you showed me a few pages ago).

I can find standard RH centre caps on eBay, but no Porsche ones. They look different to standard size caps too!?

Keep those pictures coming BTW!

Yours maybe different but I have RH 18inch split rims & replaced the RH
chrome centres with the new style convex, cloured crest centres from a 997 :)
 
no problem that your asking :D

i think KLT is right the new style convex because:

when i watch the pic closely it must be a 997/987/cayman centre cap because of the 2 little pinholes in the porschelogobatch watch pic:

Very Nice Mike! looking at your white 964 makes me miss mine loads! Will let you see some pics of the progress of the car soon. Went to drop some new parts off today and saw her stripped and nearly in primer, but in a sad state!

Chris! when are we going to see your car with the RHs on????? We want to see!

Cheers for the heads-up guys, i'll get those centres ordered!

Today I will finish the polishing. Ive just aquired a 4th stage of polish that is said to give extra shine, so i'll give it a go.

Then I just need to paint the centres, re-assemble, buy / fit tyres...then i'm done!

no, i,am shooting with a canon 50D with now with a canon 16-35 L lens,
i,m looking for a canon Canon 5D MARK II but ithink i.l wait till the special christmas offers :grin:

specs of my baby:

original engine small rebuilt revised i don,t know the right words
exterior RS optical look
adjustable/screwable H&R suspention
18 inch speedliners adapters/spacers behind 22mm
bigger brakes reds
raid sport steeringwheel with airbag


i,m still thinking about/over a new totalpaintjob because (she,s 17 years old) i,ve got only 2 tiny little spots of agony,
because i clean her 2 or 3 times a week so i see the spots and i disturb myself about it :pc:

now is the right time out of season for a rebuild/paintjob

but i know myself when i start i directly change evrything :

new windows new headlight glasses new backlights new rubbers everything new

and that just for 2 tiny spots :eek: the rest of the car is perfect



so i,m still deciding wgat to do for just those 2 spots :dont know:
