Have a 997 C2S late 2005 currently with the extra (expensive) extended warranty that runs out end of year. Totally miss 'tinkering' with my car and using non Porsche parts and extras so will PROBABLY not renew! Brakes will need renewing soon and want to install non Porsche fast road / track pads to existing discs. What is the recommendtions? Has anyone changed pads themselves, I have all the necessary tools etc and have done this on all my past cars? Anyone have service manual covering this? Thanks Guys! :drive:

quite easy to do

Pagid have the best range of pads that are fast road track suitable

Was talking to my local indie about pads was advised to stick to std as the road/track pads tend to eat disc's, anyone have experience of this ?
