Only me with a weird DVD-rattle sound?

I have a 997 with factory fitted navigation and retro-fitted CD changer. When I'm driving on the motorway I often hear this noise that sounds exactly like a DVD/CD drive clunking around.

I thought it was the CD changer, but realised it does it even when playing a disc.

I assume it is the navigation DVD drive, but it doesn't seem possible to turn off the navigation while driving to test it.

Has anyone had a similar noise?
