One touch window closing

I've just noticed my passengers side window will only close using the one-touch operation when it is half closed, it will however open all the way using the one-touch operation of the swith, is this normal?
 
I checked my handbook this morning.

It specifically says that in the coupe, the passenger-side window will only close using one-touch when it's already half-way closed or more.

Damned silly "feature" if you ask me :roll:
