an error message has appeared on my sat nav. when i click on to the map, a message appears "loading" then after a while the following appears" error when starting navigation"

has enyone encountered this.

is the pcm covered under the new extended warranty
 
PCM is covered under the new extended warranty. Before you go to the OPC though, try re-inserting your Sat-Nav DVD again.

Mine has done this once or twice. Try also giving the DVD a clean. Sorry for stating the obvious... :puh:
