Yet more garage clearing out! I've found a complete B&M short shift still mounted in the 996/Boxster shift housing.
So what does this mean and what does it offer over the cheap B&M clones out there or indeed a brand-spanking new B&M? Well installing a B&M or clone will require you to trash the OEM bushes that hold the original lever in place.
With the B&M already mounted in the housing it's just a quick(er) install, just remove the old and replace with this.
