Hi

I have a 1973 2.4 911T, and would like some advice on where to source parts for it. Specifically the electric fuel pump, as you probably know this is the carb model, the pump has three fuel connectors, supply, return and carb feed. I am m ore interested in reliability and ease of fitment rather then originality.

I'd be interested in your suggestions for parts suppliers, whilst I continue to use the search function ;). TIA.

Hi

Many thanks. I just found that site and will be emailing them, the picture doesn't look anything like the pump I have fitted so I'm hoping that price is for the fuel injection model.....carb one will most likely be £550! I am also looking at whether a company like Walbro produce the item I'm after. Thanks again for the reply.

It's also worth checking somewhere like Euro Car parts. If it's a Bosch, they may sell it at Bosch prices not Porsche prices.

If you are not bothered about originality then I would just get a Facet or similar competition pump from Demon Tweaks for about 70 quid. You're not even going to see it anyway.
