997 GT2: Now In Black!

We must admit; we'd take a Porsche 997 GT2 in any colour, but given the choice, it'd have to be a black one.

The GT2 should be making its debut at the Frankfurt motorshow this September, before going on sale in 2008 with a price tag of around £120,000. The 525bhp animal ditches such luxuries as air-con and sound deadening in an effort to lose weight. The steel discs are replaced with carbon ceramic items, while the AWD is dropped in favour of a RWD layout.

it has it's + and -'s

Like the front PU and the Wing

Dont like the rear bumper and side scoop inserts (why do porsche do that?)
 
Looks better in black, I like it!
 
Looks very nice but will have more of the electronic gadgets to save drivers from going into a ditch - which alot of people may not like.
 
Can't see the rear gills on that as per some of the previous silver 997 GT2 spy shots.....

Agree though black looks awesome.
 
Has anyone ever seen a car in black that didn't look good compared to the same car in other colours? :?:
 
Does look good in black, doesn't look as aggressive at the front as the

996 GT2 does, and the rear bumper is a bit weird, that said, you would

though, wouldn't you.
