More downforce! Which spoiler?

The 2nd one, Manthey Signature, looks like a GT2 wing to me.

The one with the most downforce is probably the cup wing, 3rd option.
You can see the better aerofoil section and it sits up higher in cleaner airflow.

The 1st one is a bit more discrete and suits the car best.

Quicker lap times might come from reducing the front downforce to balance the car, rather than loading up the back and increasing drag.

If you really want maximum effect, then you need something off the RSR.

I'm quite happy to forgo speed for increased grip (aero/mechanical). Good points about tuition: I was booked with Mike Wilds and Calum and have booked more tuition for later this year.

A big difference between the mk1, mk2, and 997GT3 and 997RS is the width of the track. Each iteration gets a wider track giving greater mechanical grip through lateral loads. This was an admonition of Porsche which is one of the reasons why I'm keen to increase the downforce at the rear of my car as there is deffo room for improvement.

It seems like the Manthey RS is the way to go?!

I wonder how heavy that thing is? Is your rear engine lid 100% carbon fibre?
