Hi All



I have just picked up a 1999 c4 and discovered some rattles from the windscreen area/top of dash. Are there any likely causes I can deal with?

Good question, seems to be under the dash but near the base of the screen.

Im tempted to think the dash is rubbing on the bottom of the screen

Have you had a new windscreen? Sounds like one of the seals might not have been replaced. Apparently Porsche in their infinite wisdom forgot to check this and as a way of sorting the problem out they discovered a second seal/gasket was needed.
