cleaning carpets and mats

Afternoon everybody. It's great to be here on the forum..for the first time today.

Does anybody know of a good cleaning product for car mats as mine are in need of a jolly good going over.

Matt, I live in the coutry and mine get in quite a mess. I use vanish carpet oxi-action for the major mud stains, it does the job great ( even in the landie too!) :D

It is a bit harsh and you will need to check that the mats are colour fast.

Mine are "Savannah". Although the rear mats are much darker than the rest of the interior carpet. Is your the same or do I have a dodgy set of rear mats??

All mine are black (front and back) so can't comment I'm afraid.
