Does anyone know if there is a sports exhaust been produced yet?

Unless there was one on the options list you could have retro-fitted, it's very unlikely that the xhaust specialists have had time to develop one yet. Also beware that the Porsche warranty voids anything that a non-Porsche part is fitted to. In the event of an engine problem with an after market exhaust, they could try to argue that this extends to the engine.

I'm sure there will be an official porsche one soon enough, as well as plenty of aftermarket ones. As said above, beware the effects on the warranty...
