I just ordered a Porsche Prince seat from AFN Reading: £135 for the seat, and £81 for the belt extension, which I will attempt to fit myself...

Robert.

Seat belt extension is easy. You are essentially buying a new real with a longer piece of webbing on it.

To change, remove the rear trim bulkhead panel (the one that houses the rear speakers) this requires the removal of four screws. Be careful not to pull out the speaker connectors. Undo the lower seat belt bolt, undo the upper real bolt. Take out the old real and replace with the new one. Replace the trim panel.

That's it.

Cheers for your guidance Pickled,

A new reel with webbing? £81?? Thought I'd left daft parts prices behind with the departure of my F355!

Hopefully the new ensemble is arriving at AFN today.

Thanks

Robert.
