Buyers Guide 996 question

I've recently bought the Buyers Guide for 996 from the internet, I think that Adrianc is responsible for putting it together. Thanks for your effort Adrian, I've read it a number of times now.

One question to everyone though, when buying from a specialist (non-OPC) dealer (most likely to be Paragon at this stage), do I need to be as healthily paranoid about acc. damage, clocking or buying an escort in disguise, as I would be buying from a bloke in auto trader????

thanks

Yes you do. If you're spending 40 grand (ish) on a car the 250 quid spent on a PPI is well worth it.
