Has anyone had a line made up rather than buy one?

I have the parts from Elephant but I'm having difficulty getting it assembled.

Pirtek will do the work but they've asked for the dimensions needed for the swage, and I am stuck.....

ETA I got a reply from Elephant, if anyone ever needs the info:
