Sounds great! I’m going down the csr route by rpm technik for my c4s, minus the ducktail. Looking forward to it all being finished!

When I bought mine C4S plan was to do something like you are doing, I think it is great idea and awesome project.

To give you some more inspiration I have post it long time ago about special 996 so for you again link below, also recently I came across very unusual 996 C4S concept, please take a look on front lights how amazing these look in black Surprised

I’ll get some shots when it’s back from the body shop, but essentially its built up of the following:

Stock car: 996 c4s seal grey, manual, 45k on the clock

So far in no particular order...

IMs bearing upgrade
Standard clutch and flywheel - wanted to keep the usability and easy driving for longer road trips
Porsche short shifter
Rear wiper delete - welded and painted
Top gear sports exhaust boxes
Evans waterless coolant
Low temp thermostat
Turbo front splitter
Turbo hollow spoke wheels
Colour coded centre console with non-smokers tray
Double din head unit with Apple CarPlay (for road trips)
Tequipment gearknob and handbrake
Recaro pole positions with RPM’s mounts
New Standard engine mounts - again for more compliant road driving

To come:

Rpm csr coilovers with standard top mounts
Arb upgrade
Standard new style coffin arms + refresh of other components
6 pot gt3 brake upgrade
Wheel spacers - maybe...
Pole position retrim to half leather and cushions in... tbc
Seat backs colour coded
Handbrake and gearknob retrim
Red rev counter

I think that’s about it... my goal was to keep a pretty standard looking c4s with upgraded underpinnings. Suspension is next on the list!
