Welcome Mike,
First I would remove the inner triangle have a look see if anythings corroded , if nothing visible there then its door card off have a look for youtube vids on where the fixing screws are to do this. if its not doing anything eg no up/down or Left/right its likely its the motor . fortunately its a job thats more of a pain than expensive to do. the motors are under £100.
