From here on in, Rufus will be henceforth known as.......THE DUKE.

Buying some mesh tomorrow for the front grills, followed by a four wheel alignment in Monmouth.
Had a wee blast out toward Cwmbran today, bit traffickey but opened him up a couple of times. Definitely going to change the exhaust out for a more sporty version and the sunroof rattle is still there! :frustrated:
I think I've traced it to the rear part of the headlining near to the rear window. (Any more pointers more than welcome)
Whilst the bumper is off, I'm also going to address the two side lights, both of which are scratched and one of which has condensation in it.
Had a look around THE RAMP ROOM today too, met the owner Barry, he seemed really switched on, and was a proper gent, and he's nearer than Cardiff, so going to take THE DUKE in for his first proper service there I think.

Might head out early early on Sunday over to West Wales, want to try the TOP GEAR road!

Well he does need a first name I suppose, so he can be Rufus THE DUKE!

Happy days. Jeez, I'm easily pleased! 🤪😬

Got the mesh for the grills now. Nicest drive to Halfords I've ever had!

The car is looking good mate and I know them roads very well. 5 minutes from me :thumb:

I didn't realise there was a porsche specialist in Cwmbran either.

Did you get any pricing info at all? Good set up ?

Cheers.

I offered to pay my daughter £5 if she could track down a few rattles in the back of my 4S, she did a sterling job!

One was in the roof- the headlining is held up with rods which slot into holes above the side windows- I suspect one of these has come adrift, or is rattling in the guide hole.

The Duke is looking great! Lucky you with those roads on your doorstep.

Is it ok to post his Menu price list?

He seemed like a really nice, friendly, no hard selling kind of bloke.

Yeah, it's pretty lush round this way. :)

There's actually a guide to removing a headlining in PORSCHE 911 World, mind you, I've just taken the bumper off and that's given me the sweats!

Thanks for the tip, I reckon you might be right on the button.
