Small update, nothing major as times tight atm. I've made a bracket up to house the pump and I'm happy with locating it beside the abs pump. The brake pipes will need a little tweek as well as the vacuum hose. This I think is the best place to allow me to fit the spare wheel. Pictures aren't great but you get the idea.

Now you just need Mistercorn to create a speed controller for it to reduce the assistance as road speed increases using speed signal from the reluctor rings/sensors in the ABS system.

Have you got a full pic. I can't tell, but have you cut the metal pipes round the rack?

Hi Martin. I hadn't thought about anything like that but I'd say it'll just run as it is until I see how it goes

The metal pipe was simply chopped and flared with a new fitting. Just a similar job to doing brake pipes

Any chance we can see what your setup looks like under the bonnet now? Other setups I've seen appear to loose a lot of storage space, you'd not from initial looks.

It just looks the same tbh as I've done nothing more with it. It's wired up and plumbed in but I've got a leak so I need to get another Vauxhall pipe to sort it.

But yeah, I wanted to be able put the spare wheel in if I ever wanted to
