Pretty difficult to nail the noise down but some thoughts ..
if it was any pulley , alternator or anything belt driven then it would be there stationary and alter with rpm .. so that's kinda out the window .
Clutch release bearing and dip the clutch when you hear the noise to see if it goes but that also tends to alter with speed ... a possible shall we say .
Try .. when you hear this noise turning off the a/c .. it's possible its low gas .. well just about and this will prove it .
Wheel bearing .. i think i'm more leaning towards this but the noise won't really start to 30 plus mph .. sometimes they don't alter with speed so a possible .
Tyres are another possible but different road surfaces will change the noise .. if constant and the same then i would rule this out as well .
Sound clip i'm afraid .. need something to work from as whilst i don't recognise every noise .. i do know quite a few
