Holy shiite! All that polishing! Did they manage to prise the wheels off? :dont know:

He sold it with the wheels on :hand:

All polished, wheels sorted - now let some other daft buyer appreciate it :bye:

Wow Harrie at least we had that mad blast in them & you can say you've had one, look forward to chatting at our next meet & seeing whats `s next.

911T :?: Id like one of them myself.

Jesus wept. I was only joking that the car was going.....and shazam.

As Getting an allocation for a new GT3RS is so difficult, it was a mistake buying one used and paying over odds - as rather than enjoying the car and the experience of owning a GT3RS - I found myself worrying about putting too much mileage on it. I spent as much time watching how prices were going as I did polishing it :dont know:

I think if I had bought new then that would have been a completely different experience. So time to get something which I can own without worrying about the market. Now where's that 992 link

Yes Harries motor signature goes across the page (horizontally) as opposed to the normo vertical list
TBF it's all about the thrill of the chase, and hopefully the next one will be a return to form and come in yellow :thumb:

Did you beat my 26 days? I nearly bought that GT Silver GT3 from Alexanders last weekend, but managed to control my impulse. I went to see it, and it was a stunning motor, but they'd only give me £82k for my GTS. That went up to £85k in a phone call the day after, or they suggested SOR it for £95k. If the GTS had been over 12 months old, and I didn't love it so much, I might have done it.

As regards the 992, the GTS has been seen out in the wild, so it can't be too far away. I think that'll be my next 911.

Hi Graham.2 - no I didn't beat your record - managed 3 months. I had been thinking of Carrera T or a Base Carrera 992. Chester OPC had a slot for build slot for a Carrera 4 in November so have gone for that.

I should be good to get down next Saturday :D

Any surprises?

You're never there!

That doesn't sound very good Alex, you going to look at it yourself or ship to a specialist?

May have a look over the weekend but I suspect my mechanic will be fixing it on Monday. Don't fully know what's wrong but it's power steering hydraulic system related.....at the front end.

Most likely a burst pipe.
