Changing turbos - 996T

I have a spare set of K16 turbos that i'm planning to get refurb'd at a specialist (nothing crazy, just brought back to as-new so they will handle an increase in boost when i map the car).

Current turbos have 80k miles on them and i dont want to risk a remap if i then kill them!

If i buy all the K16 ancilliaries for a 996T - how much of a pain are turbos to change on a 996T?

I'm being naive assuming its just an unbolt - remove old, fit new aren't I? lol

EDIT - must require more than just this? https://www.turborebuild.co.uk/webs...-Calibra-Turbocharger-bearings-and-seals.html

I'm in the guts of this task myself. The pain you may experience all depends on how much corrosion has gotten to the fasteners you need to undo.

Most of the nuts ive tackled no longer resemble nuts / bolts.

On a side note, will you be selling a pair of turbos by any chance/
